Sound Bath Cancellation Policy

1. Booking & Payments

  • Deposit: A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure your date and time.

  • Final Balance: Remaining payment is due 4 weeks prior to your event.

  • Rescheduling: You may reschedule once at no extra cost with at least 72 hours’ notice. Please note that once a session has been rescheduled, it is no longer eligible for a refund unless cancelled by the practitioner. 

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • 14+ Days' Notice: Full refund (minus 50% non-refundable processing fees).

  • 72 Hours to 13 Days' Notice: 50% refund or a one-time credit transfer to a future session.

  • Less than 48 Hours' Notice: No refund is available, as this time has been exclusively reserved for you.

  • No-Shows: 100% of the fee is retained, and no rescheduling is offered. 

3. Event Types

  • Private Bookings: Due to higher logistical commitments, these require a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice for changes.

  • Public Group Events: A one-time transfer to a future event is available with at least 72 hours’ notice.

4. The Compassion Clause

Life happens. Exceptions for genuine emergencies or illness may be made at my sole discretion. 

5. Cancellations by Practitioner

In the unlikely event that I must cancel (due to illness or unforeseen circumstances), you will receive the choice of a full refund or a priority transfer to a new date.
